Join us for Trek Long Island 5! Our move to the Melville Marriott Long Island means more space, improved traffic flow, and an even better shopping experience.
With 21,853 square feet of convention space, the Melville Marriott offers more room than ever before for vendors, artists, authors, podcasters, and exhibitors to showcase their products. The expanded layout provides increased visibility, wider aisles, and an enhanced shopping experience for attendees throughout the weekend.
Reserve your space early! Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the best locations are claimed quickly. Once a space category sells out, additional vendors will be placed on a waiting list if one becomes available.

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM – General Admission (9:30 AM – Early Entry for VIP Pass Holders)
*Vendors located in the Hallways or Atrium are welcome to remain open beyond Vendor Hall hours.
Vendor Hall Closing & Re-Entry Policy
For the security of our exhibitors and their merchandise, no re-entry into the Vendor Hall will be permitted once the hall has closed for the day.
Attendees will not be allowed back into the Vendor Hall after closing, even if they have a valid convention badge.
Vendors who choose to leave the Vendor Hall after packing up or closing their booth for the evening will also not be permitted to re-enter until the Vendor Hall reopens the following day. Please ensure you have everything you need before exiting the Vendor Hall.
This policy helps maintain the security of the Vendor Hall and all exhibitor merchandise during non-public hours.
Weapons Sold by Exhibitors
Exhibitors may display and sell legally permitted weapons in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
To ensure the safety of all attendees:
- Any weapon on display that is within reach of attendees must be securely attached to the display or otherwise secured so it cannot be removed without assistance.
- Attendees may handle displayed weapons only under the direct supervision of the exhibitor.
- Exhibitors may not display, store, or sell any weapon or item that is prohibited by law.
- Weapons may only be sold to individuals who are legally permitted to purchase and possess them.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the exhibitor being required to remove the prohibited items, removal from Trek Long Island without refund, and/or notification of the appropriate authorities when required.

AI-Generated Artwork Policy
Trek Long Island celebrates creativity, originality, and the hard work of artists and creators. To support our artist community and ensure a high-quality experience for attendees, vendors may not sell or display AI-generated artwork or products created primarily through the use of AI.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- AI-generated prints, posters, illustrations, or digital artwork
- AI-generated character artwork or fan art
- Products created using AI-generated images, including merchandise, apparel, stickers, or collectibles
- Artwork where AI was used to create the primary visual content
Vendors may use digital tools for normal creative processes such as editing, formatting, printing, color correction, or design assistance. However, the final artwork must represent the vendor’s own original creative work and artistic contribution.
Trek Long Island reserves the right to review merchandise and determine whether an item complies with this policy. Any vendor found displaying or selling prohibited AI-generated artwork may be asked to remove the items from their table or booth. Continued violation of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund.
We encourage vendors to showcase their own creativity, craftsmanship, and unique artistic voices as part of the Trek Long Island community.
