Hotel Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation or no-show charges, individual hotel reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date after checking in will be charged an early departure fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

The discounted Trek Long Island group rate is available for reservations made through May 7, 2027, subject to availability. We encourage attendees to book early to ensure access to the group rate.
