Oded Fehr first caught the attention of moviegoers with his portrayal of the mysterious warrior, Ardeth Bay, in the hit action franchise “The Mummy” and “The Mummy Returns.” He is also known for playing the hero ‘Carlos’ in the internationally successful franchise “Resident Evil: Apocalypse”, “Resident Evil: Extinction” and “Resident Evil: Retribution”. Fehr’s varied range includes, among others, the comedy “Deuce Bigelow: Male Gigolo”, the psychological thriller “The Betrayed” and the upcoming “White Chamber” planed for release late 2018.
Fehr has also made his mark on television, starring in the Golden Globe nominated Showtime limited series “Sleeper Cell” to much critical acclaim. He then played Eyal for five years on the hit show “Covert Affairs”, Leslie Turner on ABC Family’s show “Stitchers”, Jafar on Once Upon a time and Asim Naseri on 24: Legacy. He is currently filming along side Sean Penn in the Hulu original series “The First”.
In addition, the Voiceover world is one of Oded’s favorite challenges. He has portrayed many character on shows such as: “Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.”, “Ultimate Spider-Man”, “Batman: The Brave and the Bold”, “Justice League”, “Kaijudo”, and the all powerful Osiris on the blockbuster game Destiny 2.
Born in Israel, Fehr relocated to Germany to pursue a career in business. On a whim, he signed up for a drama class and went on to star in a production of David Mamet’s “Sexual Perversity in Chicago.” Discovering his passion, he dropped the idea of a business career and enrolled at the Old Vic Theatre School in Bristol, England where he studied for the next three years. He went on to London’s Court Yard Theatre where he starred as the title character in their production of “Don Juan Comes Back From the War. Fehr lives with his wife, children, and two Golden Retrievers in Ojai, California. When he’s not acting you will often find him working on some extravagant project in his wood shop.
