Vendor Tables
Vendor tables are available for businesses and exhibitors selling products they did not create themselves. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Comics and books (not created by the vendor)
- Licensed or novelty merchandise
- Gaming products
- Fan merchandise and collectibles
- Similar retail items
Space Includes:
- One 6 ft × 2.5 ft table
- 1 ft of space on each side of the table
- 3 ft of depth behind the table
- Two chairs
- Two Weekend Passes to Trek Long Island
If you wish to bring a display structure, shelving, or an additional table, it must fit entirely within your assigned booth space.
$400 a spot
$350 for each additional
$450 for an end of aisle location
Booth Spaces
Booth spaces are available for businesses, artists, podcasters, organizations, and other exhibitors. Booth spaces are sold as open floor space and do not include pipe and drape or display structures.
Booth Space Includes:
- One 8 ft × 8 ft booth space
- One 6 ft × 2.5 ft table
- Two chairs
- Two Weekend Passes to Trek Long Island
If you wish to bring display structures, shelving, or additional tables, they must fit entirely within your assigned 8 ft × 8 ft booth space.
$500 a spot
$450 for each additional
$550 for front of room
Crafter/Artist Tables
These spots are available for artisans and small businesses that personally create or handcraft all of the products they sell. Vendors selling handmade items produced by other companies or manufacturers are not eligible for a Craft Table.
Author & Podcast Tables
Author & Podcast Tables are available to:
- Authors selling their own published books
- Established podcasts promoting their show and related merchandise

- 1 ft of space on each side of the table

Hallway Tables
Hallway Tables are located along the perimeter of the Vendor Room, outside the Main Stage, and in other high-traffic areas throughout the convention.
Table Space Includes:
- One 6 ft × 2.5 ft table
- 1 ft of space on each side of the table
- 3 ft of depth behind the table
- Two chairs
- Two Weekend Passes to Trek Long Island
If you wish to bring display structures, shelving, or an additional table, all items must fit entirely within your assigned table space.
Please Note: Hallway table spaces are not located inside a secured room. The area is not locked overnight, and overnight security is not provided. Exhibitors are responsible for removing or securing any valuable merchandise at the end of each day.

Atrium Tables
Atrium Tables are located on the first floor in the brightly lit atrium just beyond the main lobby. This welcoming, high-visibility area offers exhibitors excellent exposure as attendees enter and move throughout the convention.

- 1 ft of space on each side of the table
- 3 ft of depth behind the table
- Two chairs
- Two Weekend Passes to Trek Long Island
