Raven Dauda is a dynamic actor, storyteller and artisan whose body of work includes tv, film, stage, commercials, animation (voice), audiobook, dance, singing, writing, directing, producing, as well as set, costume and jewellery design.
Raven can be seen in such shows as: Star Trek: Discovery, Impulse, Hudson & Rex, Nurses, Greta,
Murdoch Mysteries, Private Eyes, Falling Water, The Expanse, Salvation, Designated Survivor, Heroes Reborn, Suits, Orphan Black, Bruno and Boots, Mary Kills People, Annedroids, Rookie Blue, Nikita, The Firm, Soul Food, and The Natalie Cole Story.

On the theatrical stage, Raven has received Dora Mavor Moore Awards for her performances in Addicted (her first written and independently produced solo show), Margaret Atwood’s The Penelopiad, and Miss Julie: Freedom Summer, and Dora nominations for her performances in The Minotaur and John Patrick Shanley’s Doubt: A Parable. Other outstanding theatre productions include: Sarah Kane’s 4.48 Psychosis, Lynne Nottage’s Intimate Apparel, and Trey Anthony’s Da Kink In My Hair.
Upcoming projects to catch Raven in: Dreamland, Utopia Falls, Creeped Out, Grand Army, Spinning Out, and Necessary Angel’s theatrical production of The Events by David Grieg (in Toronto, Canada).
Raven thoroughly enjoys being active. She holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has recently found a deep love for archery ~ the longbow and recurve being her favourites.
Raven is currently writing her second solo show, where like her first, she will build the set pieces, props and puppets from sculpted papier mâché.
